- Phishing websites or fake login pages
- Malware, viruses, or compromised websites
- Hacking attempts, port scans, or attacks coming from our IP addresses
- Fraud, scams, or impersonation
- Illegal content or any other breach of our Acceptable Use Policy

What to Include in Your Report
- The type of abuse you are reporting
- The URLs, domain names, or IP addresses involved
- The date and time you saw the activity, with your time zone
- Evidence, such as screenshots, full email headers for spam or phishing, or server logs for attacks
- Your name and email address, so we can follow up with you

How We Handle Reports
We Confirm We Received It
After you send a report, you will get an email from us confirming we have it.
We Review It Within [24] Hours
Our team starts reviewing every report within [24] hours. Urgent issues, such as active phishing or malware, are handled first.
We Investigate
We check the report against our systems and may contact you or the account holder for more information.
We Take Action
If the report is confirmed, we act quickly. Depending on the issue, that can include removing content, suspending the service, or cancelling the account, in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
We Let You Know
Once the issue is resolved, we will email you to confirm that action has been taken. To protect our customers’ privacy, we may not be able to share every detail of what we did.
